Two certificate options, Birth-3rd Grade and K-12 Grade allow you to specialize your area of expertise. This four-course certificate allows educators and other professionals to gain knowledge in the instruction of exceptional learners. It is not a degree-earning program, but credits can be applied toward the M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction degree.

You’ll also have the option apply the courses in the exceptional learners certificate toward a full M.Ed. degree.
