“Working with students is my favorite part of being an academic advisor because it offers the chance to make a real, positive impact on their lives,” she said. “Each student brings their own unique set of goals, challenges and aspirations, and being part of their journey is incredibly rewarding. The connections I build with students - seeing them develop and realize their potential - is what makes my role so fulfilling.”

Mosaidis lives in Lincoln with her husband and two dogs and is an active member of Christ Lincoln church. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and likes to stay active outdoors running, kayaking and visiting state and national parks.

Mosaidis said she feels blessed to work at Concordia Nebraska because of the university’s supportive, faith-based community.

“I love working with our graduate team. The sense of purpose and camaraderie within our team makes it a rewarding place to work,” she said. “I appreciate having the opportunity to attend remote chapel services, and I love how many of our meetings begin with a prayer. Concordia offers a space where my faith can grow alongside my professional development.”
