Confidential Resources
Students, faculty, and staff may wish to seek confidential assistance in dealing with an incident of sexual misconduct, including sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking. The University has identified specific employees who will maintain confidentiality under the professional license or professional ethics necessary for their employed role at the University. Individuals who wish to obtain confidential assistance without making a report to the University may do so by speaking with professionals who are obligated by law to maintain confidentiality, subject to the stated terms of confidentiality of that office.

Additionally, the following Concordia University, Nebraska employees are ordained Lutheran Church Missouri Synod ministers and as such, Concordia University, Nebraska, has identified them as university employees who can maintain confidentiality:
