My favorite part about being a music major is all of the performance opportunities you get. It's not an easy path, but I'm so glad that music is where I have been called.
“My favorite part about being a music major is all of the performance opportunities you get,” says music education major Paige Stadler. “Also, you get to hear your peers perform at recitals. It’s definitely not an easy path, but I’m so glad that music is where I have been called.”
Paige found the perfect place to continue her education. At Concordia, she not only gets a quality education, but she is also able to participate in many different clubs and ensembles, from praise band to A Cappella choir to symphonic band to improv, which keeps her busy and helps her hone the skills she will need as a music teacher.
But it’s not just the extracurricular opportunities that drew Paige to Concordia. It’s also the people. “Students should choose Concordia because it’s a wonderful place filled with wonderful people,” she says. “Christ is the center of everything and that’s what sets Concordia apart. The memories you make will last you a lifetime.”
