Connie has served at Concordia University, Nebraska since 2016 where she processes gifts and helps with data entry. 

Connie is a Concordia alum from the class of '80. She is married to alum Robert Ziegler '81, currently the Education Executive for the LCMS Nebraska District. They have two children, one with a graduate degree from Concordia in 2018. After teaching for numerous years, the Zieglers returned to Seward to serve in their current roles. Concordia runs deep in Connie’s family as both her grandfather and father were professors.
