Crissy has served at Concordia University, Nebraska since 2022. She oversees planning and coordinating on-campus and off-campus events for faculty, staff, students and external clientele. Alongside the Alumni and University Relations Director, Crissy coordinates alumni and national events and works with third-party vendors on campus along with IT and campus security to ensure guests and attendees to campus events have a great experience. She also administers the campus reservation system. 

Crissy grew up in the Seward, Nebraska, area. She is married to Concordia Nebraska alum Harlan Anson CO '02 CO ’05 GR '08. Crissy and Harlan are blessed with two children. They are members of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church & School in Staplehurst, Nebraska, where Harlan is currently serving as the Principal/Director of Youth and Outreach. Crissy enjoys serving in many roles at ORLS alongside her husband. They enjoy traveling, camping, golfing and spending time with family and friends.
