Jen is a Concordia University, Nebraska alum from the class of '97 and has been serving at Concordia since 2016. In her role as senior director of alumni and university relations, Jen supports the advancement functions of the University by designing, implementing and managing the university's programs and initiatives to cultivate and broaden alumni interest and support. She also serves as the project lead on many of the national events, conferences and activities that the university participates in with the collaboration of departments across campus. 

Jen is married to Concordia alum and Athletic Hall of Fame inductee, Quinton Furr '01, and has two daughters. She grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and attended Christ Community Lutheran School. Jen is currently a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Lincoln, Nebraska.
