Kindra has served at Concordia since 2020 and is responsible for managing and growing a strategic annual giving program for the Concordia Fund. The Concordia Fund is the annual fund for the university that provides funding for academic scholarships, church work scholarships and the general mission of Concordia University, Nebraska. 

Kindra is originally from Omaha, Nebraska, and received her bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. After living 13 years in Denver, Colorado, Kindra returned home to Nebraska in 2020 and was blessed to join the Concordia family. Her brother, Drew Olson ’03, is a Concordia alum and current Head Women's Basketball Coach. Kindra lives in Seward with her two dogs, Lincoln and Aspen. She enjoys attending Drew's basketball games, gardening and spending time with her dogs.
