Paul has served at Concordia University, Nebraska since 2023. He enjoys talking about the mission and ministry of LCMS educational system. There is a great need to train the next generation of Christian leaders in all positions of our society but especially in our schools and churches. The best way to help support this is to spread the news about the great things being done at Concordia Nebraska. Building relationships and talking with people about their options to support Christian education is a top priority for Paul. 

Paul is married to Kerri, who also serves at Concordia in the Student Life Office. They have two daughters and a son who passed away in 2024. They grew up in Minnesota and both graduated from Concordia Wisconsin with teaching degrees. They enjoy hosting people and fostering a community feeling. Paul has been in Lutheran High School education for 33 years serving at Metro-East, Milwaukee and Sheboygan Lutheran High Schools in various roles. He started out teaching mathematics, science and coaching basketball. He also has served as athletic director, dean of students, head of admissions, assistant alumni coordinator, FROSH Mentor director and executive director. Paul enjoys all sports and chasing golf balls around an unconfined area.
