Chris Rutt has taught Human Resources Management at Concordia since 2023. He is the Chief Operating Officer of Eagle Distributing, Inc. and has earned a black belt in the field of Lean Six Sigma. He is a certified professional in the Society for Human Resource Management. Teaching for Concordia is “the highlight of his week.” He has hired students, including one of the 2024 Outstanding Students in Business, Sydni Watson. “Sydni is doing amazing. She is leading our supply chain team and managing millions of dollars in inventory and just crushing it. So happy to have had her in class and come onboard.”
