SEWARD, Neb. – Concordia University Athletics and PrestoSports agreed to a contract this summer that will place Bulldog athletic video streams on a new platform. Also the official video streaming partner of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, PrestoSports offers an “all-in-one sports technology platform” that effectively integrates video streams along with live statistics.
The agreement with PrestoSports represents another evolution in the streaming capabilities at Concordia. The new software makes possible the use of StretchCast on-screen graphical features and statistics. Audio for football, volleyball and men’s and women’s basketball will continue to be fed from 104.9 Max Country radio broadcasts.
As part of the change, Concordia has announced payment options for its athletic video streams. Those who purchase Booster Club Memberships at the All-American or All-Conference levels will be granted access to all streams this academic year. These members will be contacted via email with further information on how to enter the streams. For those wishing to purchase just a single event stream, the cost will be $8.95. The streams are for varsity events only. For more information on how to join the Bulldog Athletic Association, click HERE.
Due to facility and infrastructure setup, the sports most commonly streamed are baseball, basketball, football, soccer, softball, volleyball and wrestling. In addition, select track meets are streamed and cheer and dance competitions that take place within Walz Arena will also be streamed.
All Concordia athletic webcasts can be accessed by visiting our StretchCast portal at the following URL: https://portal.stretchinternet.com/cun/. The link will be available at the Concordia athletics official website under the “Watch The Bulldogs” tab.
