Four Bulldogs garnered All-America honors and the women secured a team banner at the 2026 Powerlifting Collegiate National Championships. In addition, Concordia placed sixth on the men's side.

A group of 19 Bulldogs will descend upon Kenner, La., for the 2026 Collegiate National Championships. Taylor Hedke, Teya Badger and Wyatt Hosick each placed in the top five at last season's national championships.

Twelve Bulldogs broke school records in at least one category at the 2025 the USA Powerlifting Central Collegiate Cup Series hosted by Midland. Leo Guiza became the first Bulldog ever to total more than 800 kilograms.

Leo Guiza broke the school Dots points record as one of five Bulldogs to break program records at the CUNE Collegiate Powerlifting Meet. Prior to the action, eight Concordia seniors were honored.

The third home powerlifting meet in program history is set to unfold on Saturday (Oct. 4) inside the Walz Fieldhouse. The Bulldogs will be joined by rival Midland for the competition.
Concordia Powerlifting ended the 2024-25 season by bringing home a nationals banner and carries momentum into 2025-26. Three returning Bulldogs earned All-America awards last season.

The fourth season of Concordia Powerlifting is slated to get underway in October. The Bulldogs are coming off a 2024-25 campaign that saw them make waves on the national stage.
