SEWARD, Neb. – The Concordia University Baseball team will open up the 2021 season on Tuesday (Feb. 23) with a pair of games at the Rube Foster Classic hosted by the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy. Temperatures are forecasted to be in the 60s in the KC area as the weather begins to clear in the Midwest. Head Coach Ryan Dupic’s squad had originally hoped to open the season weekend of Feb. 13-14.
Fans will not be permitted at the Rube Foster Classic. As the organizer of the event, Baker University (Kan.) is providing live streaming and statistics for all games of the classic. Both Bulldog games will be played at Joe McGuff Field on site of the KC Urban Youth Academy in Kansas City, Mo.
