Concordia's potent offensive lineup did the job on Tuesday (March 7) in totaling 13 hits and six walks against eighth-ranked St. Thomas. Teyt Johnson went 3-for-5 in the 12-6 victory and Jay Adams collected the 200th hit of his career.
A fine pitching performance by Caden Bugarske was the key in a 6-2 victory over Grand View on Monday (March 6). That result made Head Coach Ryan Dupic the winningest coach in the history of Concordia Baseball.
In completing a three-game series at No. 25 Keiser University, the Concordia University Baseball team fell victim to two particularly rough innings and stumbled, 13-2, on Sunday (March 5). Play from Florida will continue on Monday.
The offensive lineup again showed out as the 21st-ranked Bulldogs left the yard seven times in a doubleheader at No. 25 Keiser. The Seahawks won the first game, 7-6, before Concordia responded with a 16-4 rout in game two.
Riding a seven-game win streak, Concordia Baseball shifts focus to its tour of Florida for 11 spring break games. While in The Sunshine State the Bulldogs will play a three-game series at Keiser and take part in two invitationals.
A hot start to the 2023 season has led to Joey Grabanski being named the GPAC Player of the Week. Grabanski went 9-for-16 with three homers and eight RBIs as part of Concordia's four-game sweep of Culver-Stockton.
The offensive lineup for the 21st-ranked Bulldogs continues to be a bear for opposing pitchers. Concordia piled up 32 runs on 32 hits on Sunday (Feb. 26) while completing a four-game sweep of Culver-Stockton.
The powerful Bulldog bats were at it again on Saturday (Feb. 25), slugging seven homers in a doubleheader sweep of Culver-Stockton College (Mo.). Joey Grabanski went deep three times and Jesse Garcia mashed two homers.
A four-game series with Culver-Stockton College will unfold Saturday and Sunday from LaRoche Baseball Complex in Fort Scott, Kan. The 21st-ranked Bulldogs are coming off a weekend stay in Joplin, Mo., where they went 3-1.
Four Concordia pitchers combined to limit William Penn and Saint Mary to one run in a pair of victories claimed in Joplin, Mo., on Sunday (Feb. 19). Frankie Cresta fired a three-hit shutout in the first game the Bulldogs moved to 3-4.
