A catalyst for Concordia's offensive success over spring break, Jesse Garcia has been named the GPAC Player of the Week. Garcia went 14-for-30 (.467) at the plate over the past week. His stat line included four doubles, two home runs and 10 RBIs.
Christian Gutierrez starred on the mound in firing six sparkling relief innings on Saturday (March 11). His worked gave the Bulldogs the opportunity to rally for an 8-6 win over No. 13 St. Thomas and a Warner Invite championship.
