    Meza spurs game one win at Doane

    Christian Meza went 4-for-4 in leading a game one victory over Doane in Saturday's (April 21) doubleheader in Crete. The Bulldogs (20-17, 8-10 GPAC) and Tigers will complete a four-game series on Sunday.

  • The Bulldog bats delivered 23 runs on 25 hits, including six home runs in a doubleheader split at Briar Cliff on Friday (April 20). Concordia won a lopsided first game with the help of pitcher Neil Ryan.

  • A doubleheader scheduled to take place on Wednesday (April 18) between Concordia and Briar Cliff has been postponed. The two sides have agreed on a Friday (April 20) makeup date with first pitch at 1 p.m. in Sioux City.

  • Thomas Sautel was nearly perfect (8-for-9) at the plate in a doubleheader split with Dordt at Plum Creek Park on Tuesday (April 17). The Bulldogs exploded for 12 runs on 16 hits in the game one win.

  • Twelve of the Concordia baseball team's final 14 games are now slated to take place at Plum Creek Park in Seward. The Bulldogs hope a little home cooking will help them make a push back up the GPAC standings.

  • Concordia made positive steps offensively, producing a combined 15 runs in a split in Sioux City, Iowa, on Tuesday (April 10). Thomas Sautel drove in four runs in the game one victory.

    Sioux City trips up next

    The Concordia baseball team will get familiar with Sioux City, Iowa, this week with scheduled trips to Morningside on Tuesday and Briar Cliff this weekend. The Bulldogs enter the week at 4-6 in the GPAC.

  • The strikeouts continue to mount for Cade Moring, who helped pull the Bulldogs out of a three-game skid with a 10-strikeout performance in a game two win over Northwestern on Thursday (April 5).
