Wade Council homered twice and Christian Meza doubled twice as part of a 15-3 win over William Penn in game one of a doubleheader with William Penn. The Statesmen won game two, 9-2, in twin bill in Tucson, Ariz.
Head coach Ryan Dupic's baseball team is on its way to Tucson, Ariz., for the annual Tucson Invitational. The event will feature 11 games for the Bulldogs, who opened their season earlier this week at Evangel.
