• GPAC Pitcher of the Year Nick Little picked up one final honor for 2018. After CoSIDA named Little to its 2018 Google Cloud Academic All-America® College Division Baseball Second Team, the Florida native also landed on the NAIA honorable mention All-America list.

  • Six Bulldogs from the Concordia baseball team landed on the list of NAIA Scholar-Athletes released on Thursday (May 31) by the NAIA. The group includes repeat award winner Wyatt Weller.

  • In the same week that Nick Little earned the GPAC Pitcher of the Year award, he was also named to the Academic All-District® Baseball Team, as selected by CoSIDA. The announcement was made Thursday (May 10).

  • A solid outing from Cade Moring couldn't rescue the Bulldogs from more defensive blunders on Saturday (May 5). A 9-3 loss to Mount Marty eliminated Concordia from GPAC postseason play.

  • Despite a sixth-inning hit parade, Concordia suffered a setback on the opening day of the GPAC tournament. Wade Council homered and drove in four runs to lead the Bulldogs, who now face an elimination game.

  • GPAC tournament action will get started at 3 p.m. CT on Friday when sixth-seeded Concordia and third-seeded Doane go head-to-head as part of the Midland Bracket in a double-elimination format.

  • There were plenty of defensive miscues on a breezy day in Seward, but the Bulldogs found a way to end the regular season with a pair of wins. Concordia defeated Dakota Wesleyan by scores of 5-1 and 10-9 on Sunday (April 29).
