  • A 28-10 run to close the first half proved to be the difference in Northwestern emerging from Walz Arena with a 76-59 win on Saturday (Jan. 5). Tanner Shuck topped the Bulldogs with 13 points.

  • Brevin Sloup and a host of freshmen led Concordia all the way back from a 20-point deficit, only to see host Dordt pull away late. The Defenders shot 60 percent and won, 91-73, on Wednesday night (Jan. 2).

    Conference play to resume in 2019

    The Bulldog men's basketball team will enter 2019 hoping to build upon a win over MacEwan University during a holiday stay in Phoenix. Concordia will attempt to snap a five-game skid in GPAC play.

  • Brevin Sloup blazed in the first half and Justin Wiersema shined in the second while leading the Bulldogs to a 70-64 win over MacEwan University in Phoenix, Ariz., on Saturday (Dec. 29).

  • In its first action since Dec. 15, the Concordia men's basketball team rolled out a new starter in an effort to upset No. 12 Arizona Christian. Behind Shane Carney, the host Firestorm won, 85-71, on Friday (Dec. 28).

  • A trip to Phoenix will break up the holiday season for the Concordia men's basketball team. The Bulldogs will take on host Arizona Christian and MacEwan of Canada during next week's stay in Arizona.

    Stumble at the Palace

    A red hot shooting performance from 18th-ranked Dakota Wesleyan rocked the visiting Concordia men's basketball team on Saturday night (Dec. 15). The Tigers knocked down 18 3-point field goals.

  • The Bulldog men's basketball team will have an opportunity to put behind a four-game conference losing streak on Saturday. Concordia will attempt to win at the Corn Palace for the first time since February 2017.
