• Twelve different Bulldogs scored in a 104-72 blowout win over Haskell Indian Nations on Thursday. Concordia drained 16 treys, five of which came from the hot hand of Eli Ziegler.

  • Concordia men's basketball is back at home this week for two new challenges. After hosting Haskell Indian Nations on Thursday, the Bulldogs will welcome No. 10 Dakota Wesleyan to Walz Arena on Saturday.

  • The margin between winning and losing can be razor thin in the GPAC. In Tuesday’s rivalry renewal, the Bulldogs fell at Doane, 80-77, in a wire-to-wire clash. Tanner Shuck came off the bench to make 5-of-6 shot attempts.

  • Concordia sizzled on Saturday, shooting 59.7 percent from the floor in continuing an early-season theme of efficient offensive play. Hot shooting helped the Bulldogs blow away Mount Marty, 102-69.

  • The play of freshmen Clay Reimers and Tanner Shuck helped Concordia cut into a large second-half deficit. However, host and 21st-ranked Midland held off the Bulldogs, 87-77, on Wednesday.

  • Chandler Folkerts went 16-for-17 from the field last week and helped lead an upset of 17th-ranked York College. On Tuesday the GPAC named him the conference's player of the week.

  • The senior trio of Seth Curran, Chandler Folkerts and Eli Ziegler combined for 63 points to power a 91-77 upset of 17th-ranked York College on Saturday afternoon. Folkerts had a game high 25 points and eight boards.
