    Back to the Palace

For the third-straight year, the Bulldogs will be headed to Dakota Wesleyan for the quarterfinals of the GPAC tournament. Soaring Concordia enters the postseason having won nine of its last 10 games.

  • The Bulldogs are playing their best basketball at an opportune time. Six players reached double figures in scoring and Concordia celebrated senior day by cruising past Dordt, 99-71, on Saturday afternoon.

  • Tanner Shuck and the freshman class went wild, Chandler Folkerts put up another double-double and Concordia cruised to a 90-69 win at Hastings on Wednesday night. The Bulldogs have won eight of nine.

  • This was a gut-check victory for Concordia men's basketball, which upset No. 7 Dakota Wesleyan, 109-106, in a road overtime heart stopper on Sunday afternoon. Chandler Folkerts went off for 37 points and 14 rebounds.

  • Winner of the Emil S. Liston Scholarship Award, senior Chandler Folkerts continues to pile up accolades. On Thursday (Feb. 9), he was named a CoSIDA Academic All-District selection for the third time in his career.

  • The win streak moved to six for the Bulldogs, who outshot Doane, 52.9 to 41.4 percent, and out-muscled them on the boards, 48-28. Chandler Folkerts put up 21 points while making all nine shots from the field.
