2026 GPAC Cheer Preseason Coaches’ Poll
SEWARD, Neb. – In the 2026 GPAC Cheer Preseason Coaches’ Poll released on Thursday (Jan. 15), Concordia University, Nebraska Competitive Cheer was pegged third. The Bulldogs accumulated 29 points, putting them just in front of Doane and Dordt. The top two in the poll were Northwestern and Midland.
Head Coach Emilie Ashenbach’s program placed fourth in the GPAC in 2025. Last season’s team averaged a score of 74.26 with a season high of 80.83 coming at the conference championships. Concordia returns First Team All-GPAC honoree Bri Hoyle as part of a youthful roster.
