SEWARD, Neb. – A second outing against GPAC competition unfolded on Wednesday (Jan. 25) as Concordia University Competitive Cheer took to the mat inside the PE Center Gym. The Bulldogs came out on top of Hastings with a score of 74.25. Meanwhile, the Broncos earned a score of 69.2. Mount Marty had originally been scheduled to also take part in the event.
Head Coach Mandi Maser’s squad opened the season last week against Morningside when it achieved a score of 77.2. That total represented a new school record.

Concordia’s competition team featured 11 athletes on Wednesday. The Bulldogs added Katie Wilson into the mix along with the 10 others who competed in last week’s home meet. Concordia’s been led early this season by the likes of veterans Brenden Ingram and Shelby Timmerman.
