Prepped at Sumner-Eddyville-Miller High School … coached by Erika Kappel, Tierra Bowie, James Beavers and Rong Long … lettered four times … qualified for state cross country three times … in cross country, finished as the conference runner up twice, was named the team MVP twice and earned two all-conference awards … in track, won two 3,200 meter conference titles, qualified for state track in the 3,200 in 2023 and was named the team’s MVP … also played basketball for three years … achieved honor roll status all 16 quarters with high honor roll status for two quarters … member of National Honor Society … named academic all-state in cross country and track.
