2025 Concordia Competitive Dance Schedule
SEWARD, Neb. – The 2025 schedule for Concordia University Competitive Dance has been announced. The newly released slate is set to feature six regular season competitions, including five that can be classified as invitationals or largescale dual events. As a major highlight, Bulldog coaches Mandi Maser and Emilie Ashenbach will welcome conference members to Friedrich Arena for the 2025 GPAC Competitive Dance and Cheer Championships in March.
The 2025 campaign will mark the ninth season for Maser as the leader of Concordia Cheer & Dance. She now holds the title of Competitive Spirt Coordinator. This past 2024 season, Bulldog Dance placed sixth at the conference championships/regional qualifier and ranked 10th nationally for average competition score (80.57). Three Concordia athletes earned 2024 NAIA All-America recognition: Hanna Bitner (second team), Ryleigh Flesner (second team) and Taylor Larsen (third team).
This coming season is scheduled to open at home with a dual versus College of Saint Mary on Jan. 18. The Concordia Invitational Tournament, slated to be hosted by Concordia University, Ann Arbor, lands on Jan. 25. The competition season will continue with the York Invitational (Feb. 7), the Concordia Day of Duals (Feb. 8), the MidAmerica Nazarene Invite (Feb. 15) and the Dordt Invitational (Feb. 22). Then on March 7, history will be made as the Bulldogs host the GPAC Championships for the first time since the conference began sponsoring official cheer and dance championships. Finally, Concordia hopes to extend its season and qualify for the 2025 NAIA Cheer & Dance National Championships, set for March 28-29 in Ypsilanti, Mich.
