    Bulldogs land in third at 2024 CIT

    In Saturday (Jan. 27) morning competition, the Bulldogs fell short of defending their CIT championship. CUNE wound up in third place with a score of 55.2 (out of 70) in Mequon, Wisconsin.

  • As part of the 71st Concordia Invitational Tournament, the Bulldog cheer and dance teams will vie for Concordia supremacy in Mequon. This will mark the fifth time that CIT has included cheer and dance competitions.

  • Concordia Dance has announced a 2024 competition schedule complete with six regular season competitive dates, beginning with a home dual. The slate includes CIT at CUW and another Concordia Duals event inside Friedrich Arena.

  • All-GPAC award winners for a record-breaking Concordia Dance team, Katie Birtell and Avery Lewis have been named Academic All-District honorees, as selected by College Sports Communicators.

  • As announced by the NAIA on March 13, freshman Ryleigh Flesner made history for Concordia Dance while being named the program's first-ever All-American. Flesner played a key role in the Bulldogs becoming one of the NAIA's highest scoring teams in 2023.

  • Following a strong season on the competition floor, Concordia Dance tied for third nationally for number of NAIA Scholar-Athletes. Repeat award winners included Katie Birtell, Kenna Holtzen, Madi Koch, Avery Lewis and Stephanie Mashuga.

  • Four members of the Concordia Dance team have been named 2023 GPAC All-Conference award winners. The Bulldog honorees include senior Katie Birtell, freshmen Ryleigh Flesner and Taylor Larsen and sophomore Avery Lewis.
