Prepped at Malcolm Public School … coached by Scott Amen … lettered and started for two years at the varsity level … served as a team captain for one year … earned honorable mention all-district and honorable mention all-conference accolades … helped the Clippers to two district championships and to two state playoff appearances (quarterfinals both teams) … also competed in basketball and track & field for four years … achieved honor roll status all four years.
