GPAC Championships Live Scoring
BEATRICE, Neb. – Frosty morning temperatures gave way to warm and sunny conditions on day one (April 21) of the 2025 GPAC Men’s Golf Championships. With two of three rounds complete, the Concordia University, Nebraska Men’s Golf team resides in a tie for ninth place in the conference. The entire tournament is being held at Beatrice Country Club in Beatrice, Neb., roughly an hour drive from Seward. Jake Richmond will attempt to secure a top 10 tournament finish on Tuesday.
Head Coach Brett Muller’s squad shot 317-313–630 (+54) on Monday. Six golfers represented the Bulldogs over the first two rounds. Concordia is tied for ninth with Waldorf and is situated 13 strokes in front of 11th place Mount Marty.
A junior from Elkhorn, Neb., Richmond has starred all spring for the Bulldogs. He completed Monday’s two rounds at four over par (74-74–148), six strokes off the tournament lead. Richmond is currently tied for 10th among 52 GPAC golfers that played both rounds on day one. Three other Concordia competitors played all 36 holes on Monday: senior Jaxson Fullerton (79-79–158; T-36th), sophomore Jacob Dowd (82-81–163; T-45th) and senior Justin Webert (82-82–164; 48th). Senior Jake Hagerbaumer (84 in round one) and junior Brock Rogers (79 in round two) both played one GPAC round.

Heading into Tuesday, the top five teams in the GPAC standings are Northwestern (574), Hastings (595), Morningside (601), Dakota Wesleyan (602) and Midland (603). Northwestern boasts two of the three golfers currently tied for first individually. The Bulldogs placed ninth at the 2024 GPAC Championships and came into the conference tournament averaging a team score of 306.3.
