    Spring Senior Sendoff: Men's Golf

Due to the current pandemic, Concordia's spring sports seniors did not enjoy a proper sendoff. In lieu of a normal senior day, we are recognizing the 2020 class of Concordia men's golf seniors.

  • In a marathon 36-hole event that served as a precursor to the upcoming GPAC championships, the Concordia University men’s golf team placed sixth out of the nine conference teams in competition on Monday (Sept. 23).

  • The Concordia University men’s golf team wrapped up its second two-day tournament on Tuesday (Sept. 10) while navigating the course at Landsmeer Golf Club in Orange City, Iowa. The first round of action took place at The Ridge in Sioux Center, Iowa.

  • In action for the second and final round of the Blue River Classic, the Concordia University men’s golf team shaved nine strokes off its total from the previous day. The Bulldogs co-hosted the event with Doane.

  • Led by senior Tylar Samek and a couple of newcomers, the Concordia University men’s golf squad ushered in the 2019-20 season while in action in round one of the Blue River Classic on Tuesday (Sept. 3).

  • Despite the graduation of Nolan Zikas, the Concordia men's golf squad has its sights set on a better performance in GPAC play this season. Senior Tylar Samek is the leader for a more youthful group.

  • Grand Island native and 2019 graduate Grant Suchanek was named a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete, as announced by the NAIA on May 23. He represented the men's golf program on the list.
