The Concordia men’s golf team opened its season at the Mount Marty Invite Thursday, Sept. 3 in Yankton, S.D. Overall, the squad finished fifth with a team score of 308.
Both Concordia golf programs continued their ascent in the league standings in 2014-15. Now in his fifth season, head coach Brett Muller expects his squads to produce even better results throughout the 2015-16 campaign.
The men’s golf team has been selected to the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) All-Academic Team. The honorees must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher to be placed on the GCAA All-Academic Team.
Nolan Zikas is a winner. In life. On the course. Said Zikas, "I enjoy being an inspiration. I like telling my story. I want kids to know that they can overcome this."
