Five different goal scorers helped Concordia (7-1 GPAC) to a 5-0 win at Dordt on Saturday (Oct. 21). At 7-1 in conference play, the Bulldogs have a chance to capture a GPAC regular-season title with a win next week.
A Micah Lehenbauer golden goal in double overtime helped Concordia shake a late equalizer by Midland. With their dramatic 2-1 road win, the Bulldogs (13-1-1) broke the program record for victories in a single season.
Concordia has positioned itself nicely heading into the final three games of the regular season. Currently tied for second place in the GPAC, the Bulldogs have a prime opportunity to earn another GPAC tournament home appearance.
