• Kylie Harpst did it all on Tuesday night. She drove in eight runs, provided the game-winning hit in game 2 and was the winning pitcher in the night cap. She led the Bulldogs (15-7, 2-2) to a sweep of Doane.

  • Concordia softball will aim for its first conference wins of 2017 when it hosts Doane at Plum Creek Park on Tuesday. The Bulldogs are also scheduled to be at home on Thursday and on the road on Saturday.

  • Hoping to extend a three-game win streak, the Concordia softball team dropped both ends of Saturday's GPAC-opening doubleheader. Autumn Owens went 3-for-6 with four RBIs on the day for the Bulldogs (13-7, 0-2).

  • Off to a solid 13-5 start, the Concordia softball team is ready to appear in front of the home fans for the first time in 2017. The Bulldogs host Northwestern for the opening of conference play on Saturday.

  • Due to inclement weather, Concordia has again postponed its home opener. Next up for the Bulldogs is Saturday's conference opening twin bill with Northwestern. First pitch is slated for 1 p.m. CT in Seward.

  • Following a dominant run at the Tucson Invitational, junior Michaela Woodward has been named the GPAC pitcher of the week. She sports a 1.23 ERA and a 5-3 record in 51.1 innings in 2017.

  • Michaela Woodward tossed 9.1 scoreless innings while leading the Concordia softball team to a pair of wins at the Tucson Invitational on Friday. The Bulldogs are now 13-5 overall after a 7-2 road trip.
