The Concordia softball team is readying for a flight to Tucson, Ariz., where the Bulldogs will play 11 games as part of the Tucson Invitational. Head coach Todd LaVelle's squad will get started on Monday (March 5).
The young Bulldogs continue to swing the bats well. Concordia produced 10 runs in both ends of a doubleheader split at Bethany College on Tuesday (Feb. 27). Hhana Haro collected five hits on the day.
After building a 5-1 lead in the first game of Sunday’s (Feb. 18) doubleheader at Kansas Wesleyan University, the Concordia University softball team faltered the rest of the day while being swept by the host Coyotes.
Leah Kalkwarf drilled five hits as part of a season-opening doubleheader split at Tabor College on Saturday (Feb. 17). The Bulldogs are fresh off a 34-14 season in 2017 under head coach Todd LaVelle.
