    GPAC men's tennis postseason preview

    The GPAC men's tennis tournament will get started on Friday morning when the fourth-seeded Bulldogs take on fifth-seeded Morningside. The winner will advance to the semis later that day.

    Concordia clipped at Baker

    In the regular season finale, the Concordia men's tennis team dropped a 5-4 decision at Baker in Baldwin City, Kan., on Monday (April 22). The Bulldogs were unable to recover from a 3-0 deficit after doubles.

  • Despite winning four of six singles matches, the Bulldogs could not dig out of the hole they dug in doubles during action on Tuesday (April 9). Host Midland emerged with a 5-4 victory in Fremont.

    Works named GPAC Player of the Week

    Senior Conner Works has racked up eight singles victories to lead the Bulldogs. On Wednesday (April 3), the GPAC named him the league's Player of the Week.

  • A run of three straight home matches within conference play continued on Tuesday (April 2) with an 8-1 loss to rival Doane. The positive result came from the duo of Jack Kitson and Luke Zoller at No. 2 doubles.

  • A key contributor in a 9-0 blanking of Nebraska Wesleyan last week, junior Luke Zoller has been named the GPAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week. He won his matches in singles and doubles.

  • A standout in last week's 9-0 win over Northwestern, sophomore Jeremy Berryman of Broken Arrow, Okla., has been named the GPAC Player of the Week. Berryman is tied for the team lead for singles wins.

  • A pair of weekend matches put the Bulldogs up against KCAC opponents. After a dominant 8-1 win over Sterling College, Concordia fell, 7-2, at Ottawa University on Saturday. The Bulldogs are 4-2 overall.

  • Sophomore Jeremy Berryman and senior Conner Works put together 2-0 weekends in singles matches while leading the Bulldogs to 5-4 wins over Bethel College and Bethany College this weekend (Feb. 22-23).
