In a contest that included four singles matches that went to third-set tiebreakers, the Concordia men's tennis team fell by a 5-4 score at Central College on Saturday (Feb. 11). The Bulldogs won three singles and one doubles match.
Senior Javier Moreno collected wins in both singles and doubles play to highlight the efforts of Bulldog men's tennis in a 6-3 loss at Grand View University on Friday.
In the second outing of the young season for Concordia, Gabe Poling produced the lone winner in an 8-1 home loss that came at the hands of William Jewell College inside the Fieldhouse on Thursday evening.
While the Bulldogs were dealt a 6-3 loss by Baker University on Saturday, Thomas Greeff, Josh Miller and Gabe Poling each recorded singles wins. The match was held at Abbott Sports Complex in Lincoln.
