Competed as a member of the track & field team at Pima Community College for two years … earned associates of liberal arts … posted personal bests of 11.2 in the 100 meters, 22.4 in the 200 meters and 51.1 in the 400 meters.

High School
Prepped at both Perrin-Whitt Consolidated High School and Stephenville High School … coached by Lloyd Tucker and Jeremiah Butchee … lettered all four years … qualified for regionals three times and reached the finals twice in the 200 meters … won area championships in the 200 meters and as part of the 4x1 and 4x4 relays … played football for three years and helped the school to its first playoff berth in 25 years … played baseball for one year and was part of a state playoff team … played basketball for three years and ran cross country for one.
