Prepped at Trinity Christian Academy in Texas (freshman through junior year) and was homeschooled as a senior … lettered all four years … helped 4x4 win a state championship … also earned a state medal in the 400 meters … collected three all-region awards (400/4x4) … also played basketball for four years … started all four years in basketball and was twice named the team’s most valuable player and twice picked up all-district awards … led basketball team to a third place finish at the NCHBC National Tournament … named academic all-state … garnered Distinguished Christian High School Student Award.
