    Meet preview: Concordia Classic

    For the second week in a row, the Bulldog track and field programs will serve as a meet host. The Concordia Classic is set to run Friday and Saturday inside the Fieldhouse. Thirteen institutions will be represented.

  • While putting on their first home meet of the 2018 indoor season, the Concordia University track and field squads turned in 11 event titles and three fresh automatic national qualifying marks on Friday (Jan. 19).

  • The home opening Polar Dog Dual is coming up Friday (Jan. 19) inside the Walz Fieldhouse. Concordia will be joined by Friends, MidAmerica Nazarene and Sterling at the meet.

  • Junior Samantha Liermann took first place in the shot put competition while turning in two automatic national qualifying marks at the Nisely Classic on Saturday (Jan. 13). It was the season debut for the Bulldogs.
