The Concordia University track and field programs are getting set to host the GPAC indoor championship meet for the first time since 2015. Both Bulldog squads have hopes of making a run at titles.
The NAIA's second ranked men's and women's track and field squads hosted the annual Concordia Indoor Invite and came away with five event titles and 12 performances that met the 'A' standard.
Athletes from 14 teams are getting set to compete inside the Fieldhouse on Friday as part of the annual Concordia Indoor Invite. The Bulldogs will enter the meet with 22 automatic national qualifying marks.
Scattered among two area meets, Concordia continued a strong opening month of the 2019 indoor season. Morgan De Jong added her name to the qualifying field and a school record nearly fell in the women's 4x4.
