Before wrapping up the academic year, 12 Bulldogs took advantage of one last competition. At the Concordia International Tournament, Devin Harris (International Skeet) and Kaylee Hinton (Bunker) emerged as top competitors.
Concordia Shooting Sports came away from the 2025 ACUI National Championships in San Antonio with a seventh-place claim in Division 2. Individually, Sam Blevins and Katie Welker earned medals.
A group of 18 Bulldogs will be headed to San Antonio, Texas, for the 2025 ACUI National Championships. The first action for Concordia will take place on Tuesday, March 18 at the National Shooting Complex.
Katie Welker claimed second in doubles trap and the Bulldogs placed fourth overall at the Iowa Western CC Invite in Lincoln. Sam Blevins led Concordia from an HOA perspective.
The spring portion of the 2024-25 Concordia Shooting Sports kicked off with the Concordia Invitational. The Bulldogs placed fourth while led by Breyer Meeks, one of six seniors honored during the weekend event.
The ninth annual Concordia Bulldog Sporting Invitational is set for Feb. 28-March 1 at Oak Creek Sporting Club in Brainard, Neb. The format will feature 200 sporting and 100 super sporting clay targets for each athlete.
In the final outing of the fall, Concordia Shooting Sports placed second at the SECC Invite as Devin Harris won the title in skeet. Buchannan Tietjen led the way with a seventh-place overall finish.
Concordia brought home some hardware as champions of the Hastings Bronco Invite. With the help of HOA individual champions Kaylee Hinton and Breyer Meeks, the Bulldogs also took first place in skeet and sporting clays.
Sam Blevins and Katie Welker won doubles trap conference championships while helping the Bulldogs to a third place HOA team finish at the 2024 Prairie Circuit Conference Championships in North Platte.
In a large field of 16 teams, Concordia Shooting Sports placed fourth at the Midland Warrior Open. The Bulldogs were led by the likes of Sam Blevins and Devin Harris, both top 20 overall finishers at Lincoln Trap and Skeet Club.

Following a successful 2023-24 season, Concordia Shooting Sports returns nine national qualifiers while welcoming in five freshmen. The Bulldogs will begin the 2024-25 slate with the Fort Hays State Shoot in September.
