SEWARD, Neb. – A pair of standout Bulldogs represented the Concordia University, Nebraska Volleyball program on the list of 2024 NAIA All-Americans unveiled on Tuesday (Dec. 17). As announced by the NAIA, junior Ashley Keck has been honored as NAIA First Team All-American and graduate student Gabi Nordaker has been recognized as an NAIA Second Team All-American. Keck has earned her first career All-America award while Nordaker has been chosen as an All-American for the third time. Additionally, the American Volleyball Coaches Association tabbed Keck (first team) and Nordaker (second team) as All-Americans.

Keck joins Bree Burtwistle (2023) as the program’s second ever NAIA First Team All-American. Meanwhile, Nordaker becomes the program’s third three-time All-American along with Rachel (Kirchner) Miller and Camryn (Opfer) Fehlhafer. Concordia has raked in 12 total All-America awards during the seven years it has been led by Ben and Angie Boldt.

A 2024 NAIA National Championship All-Tournament Team honoree, Keck took her game to another level this fall. The Kearney, Neb., native finished the 2024 campaign with 379 kills (.231 hitting percentage) and 409 digs in 31 matches (111 sets). She was also named the GPAC Attacker of the Year and a First Team All-GPAC award winner. Keck has been tabbed an All-GPAC honoree in each of her three seasons at Concordia. In her career, Keck has amassed 979 kills and 773 digs in 90 collegiate matches. Keck will enter her senior season ranked 11th on the program’s all-time kills list. During this season’s four national tournament matches, Keck totaled 56 kills (3.73 per set), 51 digs (3.40 per set) and five blocks.

The Omaha native Nordaker has placed herself amongst the all-time greats in program history. Nordaker has twice been named an NAIA Second Team All-American (2022 and 2024) and was lauded as an NAIA Third Team All-American in 2023. She collected five All-GPAC awards (four first team mentions and one second team accolade) and has been part of each of the program’s three trips to the national quarterfinals. For the 2024 season, Nordaker racked up 273 kills and posted team highs for hitting percentage (.371) and blocks (139) from her spot in the middle. On the program’s all-time lists, Nordaker ranks third in blocks (597) and fourth in kills (1,433). In the final match of her career, Nordaker finished strong with 14 kills on 26 swings.
