2024 NAIA Women’s Volleyball Postseason Coaches’ Top 25 Poll

SEWARD, Neb. – For the sixth-consecutive year, Concordia University, Nebraska Volleyball has landed inside the top 15 of the NAIA’s final top 25 poll of the campaign. The 2024 NAIA National Quarterfinalist Bulldogs appeared at No. 5 in the NAIA Women’s Volleyball Postseason Coaches’ Top 25 Poll unveiled on Wednesday (Dec. 18). Head Coach Ben Boldt’s squad spent the entirety of the 2024 season ranked inside the top five nationally.

The NAIA did not conduct an official postseason poll in either 2022 or 2023. The postseason poll returned in 2024 as a means of publicizing the NAIA’s top 25 teams following the national tournament. As a program, Concordia has been ranked in the top 25 in each of the last 24 and in 39 of the past 41 NAIA coaches’ polls. The 39 of 41 stretch dates back to October of 2019 when the Bulldogs cracked the top 25 for the first time during the tenure of Ben and Angie Boldt, which began with the 2018 season.

Over the past six seasons, Concordia has ended campaigns with respective national rankings of 14th in 2019, eighth in 2020, sixth in 2021, fourth in 2020, fourth in 2023 and fifth in 2024. The Bulldogs are one of five NAIA programs to have reached the national quarterfinals at least three times in the past five seasons.

On Dec. 17, junior Ashley Keck (first team) and graduate student Gabi Nordaker (second team) were named 2024 NAIA All-Americans. During the Boldts’ time leading the program, Concordia has totaled 12 NAIA All-America awards.
