For the first time in five seasons, the Concordia volleyball program failed to claim victory in its season opener. Visiting Baker University blitzed the Bulldogs, 25-16, 25-16, 25-14.
This one’s for real. Nine days after reporting back to campus for preseason camp, the Concordia University volleyball team will serve up the first Bulldog athletic contest of the 2017-18 academic year.
Hoping for a climb back up the league standings, Concordia volleyball has been picked by GPAC coaches to finish seventh in the conference. The Bulldogs went 6-10 in GPAC action in 2016.
