• A Confident and decisive Concordia Women’s Basketball team keeps on rolling. Fifteen Bulldogs contributed to Tuesday (Nov. 24)’s rout that featured 40 turnovers forced and another 14 3-point field goals.

  • First team All-American senior guard Kristen Conahan hit three after three down the stretch to propel the fifth-ranked Concordia women’s basketball team to a 90-82 victory over No. 5 Morningside inside Walz Arena last week. The GPAC took notice and on Tuesday named Conahan the first conference player of the week of the 2013-14 season.

  • This looked more like vintage Concordia Women’s Basketball. The Bulldogs forced 31 turnovers on the night and went 11-for-17 from 3-point range after halftime in a 111-52 blowout at Doane.

  • Kristen Conahan, the 5-foot-5 senior from Omaha, had ice water flowing though her veins, drilling three consecutive 3-pointers in the extended time to bury the visiting third-ranked Mustangs in a battle of top-five teams. She was spotting up from all over, leaving the Mustang defenders scrambling to put a hand in her face.

    Defensive pressure wilts Bobcats

    The Bulldog Women's Basketball program made its first trip to Peru since 2007 and came away with an 80-58 victory. Defensive pressure and rebounding led the way.

  • Two perennially powerful GPAC programs seeking their first wins met inside Friedrich Arena on Saturday (Nov. 14). Taylor Cockerill reached a milestone while leading an 83-72 win.
