• Down 13 in the second half, the Bulldogs dusted off the full-court press and terrorized Doane to the tune of 28 turnovers. The pressure, coupled with a huge second half by Kendal Brigham, paved the way to a 74-63 Concordia win.

  • Looking to make a push down the stretch of the regular season, the Bulldogs will stay in-state for road trips to Doane and College of Saint Mary this week. Concordia is currently tied for sixth in the GPAC with a 10-8 league mark.

  • In a contest that went wire-to-wire, Ashtyn Veerbeek and Dordt made the plays in crunch time to pull it out, 76-69, over the 23rd-ranked Bulldogs. Taysha Rushton (20) and Sadie Powell (19) paced Concordia in the scoring department.

  • Following a weekend to refresh and refocus, the 23rd-ranked Bulldogs are gearing up to play at Midland on Wednesday and host red hot Dordt on Saturday. Concordia is aiming to get back into the W column after four-straight defeats.

  • The 23rd-ranked Bulldogs never did find an offensive rhythm on Wednesday (Jan. 26) while falling at the hands of Hastings, 68-60. Concordia (12-10, 9-7 GPAC) got 22 points from Taysha Rushton and 17 from Taylor Farrell.

  • From a ratings perspective, it won't get any more challenging within conference play than the week ahead for the Bulldogs, who will host No. 8 Morningside before traveling to No. 14 Northwestern. Concordia is currently in third place with a 9-4 GPAC mark.
