• For the first time since December 2012, the Concordia women's basketball program has taken over the No. 1 national ranking. The Bulldogs picked up 11 of 12 first-place votes and rose to the top spot on Tuesday (Jan. 9).

  • Poised to rise to the No. 1 national ranking this week, the Bulldogs continue GPAC play this week with several individuals nearing milestone achievements. Drew Olson needs one win for the 300th of his coaching career.

  • Featuring a cavalcade of stars on Saturday (Jan. 6), the second-ranked Bulldogs bulldozed No. 6 Morningside, 95-64, in front of a large crowd inside Walz Arena. Concordia (17-0) pushed its home win streak to 28.

  • Despite trailing entering the fourth quarter, the second-ranked Bulldogs (16-0) found another way to win an avoid an upset at the hands of rival Doane. Concordia won, 76-63, in Crete on Wednesday (Jan. 3).

  • A huge performance in a win at No. 1 Saint Xavier helped sophomore Philly Lammers collect NAIA Division II National Player of the Week and GPAC Player of the week honors, as announced on Tuesday (Jan. 2).

  • In a highly-anticipated battle between NAIA Division II's top two rated teams, No. 2 Concordia blitzed No. 1 Saint Xavier. The Bulldogs forced 28 turnovers while cruising to an 81-60 win in Chicago on Friday (Dec. 29).

  • Before it could look forward to a rematch with No. 1 Saint Xavier, second-ranked Concordia had to get past Robert Morris on Thursday (Dec. 28). Hot shooting and their signature press led the Bulldogs to a 113-83 victory.
