A program record 13 Bulldogs will represent Concordia Weightlifting at the 2025 Weightlifting National University Championships in Columbus, Ohio. The field includes returning national champion Evan Fukuhara.

Sophomore Evan Fukuhara rose to the top of the podium in his weight class at the North American Open Finals. He finished the event with a total of 256kg while outperforming the field of 27 lifters in the 67kg class in Wilmington, N.C.
