Concordia rolls Mount Marty, 5-0

Concordia University rolled to a 5-0 women’s soccer win over Mount Marty College on Saturday afternoon.  The Bulldogs improved to 6-6-1 overall and 2-4-1 in the GPAC with the win. 

Concordia dominated play from start to finish.  Mount Marty didn’t manage a shot in the contest, while the Bulldogs totaled 30 shots (18 on goal) in the lopsided win.  Jamie Sanchez scored two goals for Concordia.  Carolyn Chrzan, Kelly Ross and Mallorie Blanck also scored goals for Concordia.  Ariel Harris and Shelby Hughes each saw action in goal for the Bulldogs. 

Shelby Mushitz made 13 saves for Mount Marty College. 

The Bulldogs travel to Doane College on October 20.  Scheduled start time is 5 pm in Crete.
