Bulldogs to travel to Las Vegas for Desert Duals

The Concordia University wrestling team will travel to Las Vegas for the Desert Duals this coming weekend.  The event takes place on Sunday (December 18) at the Flamingo Main Ballroom in Las Vegas.  Duals begin at 8 a.m. (pacific time).  

Wartburg College will provide live video at the link above.  Only certain mats/matches will be covered with the live video feed.  Wartburg will also provide a live blog of the event at the other link above.   

Tickets will be sold at the door, and an all-day session pass can be purchased for only $10.  T-shirts for the event will also be available for purchase on site.  Duals begin bright and early at 8 a.m., and rounds are tentatively scheduled for 10 a.m., noon, 2, 4 and 6 p.m.  The Bulldogs have four duals scheduled for the day, beginning with #3 Grand View University (Iowa) at 8 a.m.  Concordia’s complete schedule for the day is listed below along with the lineup the Bulldogs will feature in Las Vegas. 

8 a.m. - #19 Concordia University vs. #3 Grand View University (Iowa)
Noon - #19 Concordia University vs. #4 Campbellsville University (Ken.)
2 p.m. - #19 Concordia University vs. #15 Embry Riddle Aeronautical University
6 p.m. – #19 Concordia University vs. William Penn University (Iowa)
