Five Bulldogs remain in the title hunt, three others alive in wrestle-backs

Eight Concordia wrestlers began action on Thursday, Mar. 1 at the NAIA National Championships and all eight have advanced to day two.  Five remain in contention for a national title, while the other three remain in contention for third place in their respective weight class. 

Sophomore Dillon Heesch (Dayton, Iowa) advanced with one of the most impressive matches of the day in the heavyweight class, pinning Markese Christian of Wayland Baptist in 29 seconds.
